You can oversee the training session yourself or feel free hand it over to us. If you do, rest assured that your event will be taken care of by expert professionals who know exactly what to do.

We are protected and therefore you are protected. The Concierge Club carries a five (5) million-dollar comprehensive general liability insurance policy that protects every client and staff member. We want to make sure that you have peace of mind every time you hire us for your event. If requested and included in our fees, we will add your company to “additional insured” for the length of your campaign.
We utilize cutting-edge technology to capture valuable consumer information and KPIs. At the end of lengthier campaigns, our staff is required to send reports tailored to your specific needs. The data will allow you to quantify the success of your events and give your next event a sharper focus.
UNIFORM SOURCING AND BRANDING
We have a close relationship with one of the biggest apparel and branding suppliers. We are able to design the apparel for you or source the uniforms to match your brand and vision. Uniformity is power. That’s why our staff are always dressed to impress and leave lasting impressions on whoever they meet.
Our network of clients often join forces to promote each other. Need alcohol for an event? We will work our magic to supply your event with one of our alcohol brand clients.
