We're looking for an Account Manager based out of Toronto, Ontario. As an Account Manager you’ll be the key point of contact within the Concierge Club for managing relationships and communications with assigned clients. As an Account Manager, you’ll integrate premium in everything you do – how you communicate, the events you execute, the ideas and trends you share, how you work internally at CC and with our clients. You’re driven, self-motivated and passionate about the events/marketing industry.
This is a hybrid work opportunity with 4 days in office required at our CC Head Office in Liberty Village.
The ideal candidate will:
• 4-6 years experience in the marketing industry.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable presenting in a group setting.
• Professional and timely in responses.
• Adaptability – strong problem solver, able to anticipate and respond to unanticipated events calmly and professionally and guide a team.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment to achieve desired results.
• Experience managing program budgets.
• Proficient in Google, Microsoft and Apple platforms.
