Job Description

As a Brand Ambassador with The Concierge Club, you will be responsible for providing 5 star concierge experience with all guests of the mall. You will support customers through registration, check in, transportation, and presentation of all wrapped gifts within the Gift Valet station. You will be responsible for providing amazing customer service and following processes aligned to our expectations.



  • Brand Ambassador experience required
  • Experience working within a team environment
  • Previous retail experience an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in luxury retail market is an asset
  • Must be available to work 4 days a week minimum
  • Must be available evenings and weekends
  • Must have reliable transportation to location

***Ottawa, Montreal, Moncton/Dieppe must be fully Bilingual in French and English***

Shift times are aligned to mall holiday hours. Morning and evening shifts will be offered. Shift lengths will vary between 5-10 hours. Evening and weekend required. Hired staff are expected to work +4 shifts/week on average.
